Yummy Seaweed Salad

Ingredients
1/8 - 1/2 cup dried seaweed1 medium mushroom, sliced thin2 cucumber slices, peeled and sliced in thin stripslime zestlime juice from a wedge or two1 tsp soy sauce
Directions
Soak seaweed and lime zest in cold water (enough to cover seaweed) for 5 - 10 minutes. Slice mushroom and cucumber slices. Drain off water seaweed. Mix in mushroom slices, cucumber slices, lime juice and soy sauce. Makes 1 serving.
