Loaded Baked Potato salad

2 tbs Mayonaise (you can use light)2 tbs Garlic and Herb Kraft Mayo2 tbs Light or fat free Sour Cream1/3 of a cup (or less) 2% cheddar cheese2 tbs( or more) Green onion or chives2 tbs Bacon Bits (not bacos, real bacon bits, or you could use turkey bacon!)2 large Potatos ( I like the yukon golds, w/ the skin)
"Bake" potatoes in the microwave for about 6 minutes. (cooking time may vary by microwave) Cool off in the freezer or fridge until cold. Cut potatoes into small cubes or slices, however you like your potato salad. Mix all ingredients together, after potatos are already cool, and add to potatos! Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
