Red Pepper Flake Brocolli

Ingredients
4 cups fresh or frozen and thawed brocolli florets 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tsp sea salt or Kosher salt1/2 tsp red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl. Place in single layer on cookie sheet or baking pan. Bake for 4 minutes or until brocolli starts to brown. Serves 4.

    It's interesting when people have very different reactions to recipes. I did think it was great and not too "hot" for my taste but I did think it was too salty. But I'm going to have it again soon and will just cut down on the salt. - 6/21/08
