30z lean pork diced to bite size piecescup of cherry (or seasonal) tomatoes halvedcrushed clove of garlic to your tastedash of black or white pepperdash of low salt soya saucecup of chopped onionsI tsp of walnut oilserving of brown or wild rice
To a bowl add:
diced pork, crushed garlic, pepper, soya sauce - stir all together and set aside to marinade.
Into a pan over a medium heat: (no need to put a lid on pan throughout this recipe)
put oil, and onions, and cook for 2minutes, add the marinaded diced pork and stir all together cook over the medium heat for another 5 minutes. Stir occassionally.
(whilst this is cooking put rice on to cook as per package instructions).
Now to the pork mixture add the tomatoes and cook for a further 5 minutes over a lower heat.
The tomatoes make a natural thick sauce and when infused with the garlic and onions is absolutely yummy. I hope you enjoy.
