Ingredients
Cake :2 cups Wheat protein isolate 50003 eggs large or extra large1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder3/4 cup canola oil or vegetable oil1 cup splenda1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce1 tbsp vanilla extractFrosting :8 oz cream cheese1 box Jell-o Pudding sugar free fat free1 cup fat free or 1% or 2% milk1/2 cup splendaGarnish :1 cup frozen straberries or fresh1/2 cup frozen bluberries or fresh
Directions
- Preheated oven 350 degree.

- Mix all ingredients for cake until smooth.
- Spray pan with crisco or other brand, not butter or margarine.
- Bake for 20 minutes..or less. You can check it use knife.

- Mix pudding with milk then mix with cream cheese and splenda use mixer, medium speed until smooth.

- Garnish the cake after cool.
