Green chili sauce (Indian)

Ingredients
6 poblano peppers1T ginger root2 tsp cumin seeds1 bunch cilantrosalt & pepper1 oz. oil - something neutral like canolajuice from a lime
Directions
Roast poblanos on grill or in a dry pan until parts are black.

Put ginger into cuisinart & mince, then add peppers, cumin & cilantro & puree.

Heat oil & add chili puree (it will splatter at first). Turn heat down & stir & cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn off heat & squeeze in lime juice.
