Bread Salad

Ingredients
Cut french bread into cubes and let dry out. Dice tomotoes, red and green bell peppers and mozareela cheese and toss onto bread cubes and toss. You want the bread to start absorbing the tomoto juice. Mix garlic, baslamic vinegar, salt and pepper and pour on to salad. Add olive oil and basil (fresh) to taste. Let the salad sit for about 30 minutes before serving.
