Strawberry Jello Pie

Ingredients
1 Graham Cracker Crust pie shell1 box strawberry flavored gelatin1 8-oz tub cool whip1 cup sliced strawberries2/3 cup boiling water1 cup cold water1/4 cup ice
Directions
Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl for 2 min. until dissolved.

Mix cold water and ice into gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any remaining ice.

Stir 8 oz of Cool Whip into gelatin mix with wire whisk until smooth.

Mix in 3/4 cup strawberries.

Spoon mixture into crust.

Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight if possible, until firm

Top with leftover strawberries and enjoy!
