Raspberry & Cinnamon Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients
Ice Cube TrayFat Free Yoghurt (Vanilla)Jam/Jelly/Preserve (Raspberry)AlmondsCinnamon, ground
Directions
Mix yoghurt, jam, and cinnamon.
Divide ingredients evenly into an ice tray.
Add 0.5 almonds to each cube.
Place tray in freezer & stir with back end of a spoon every half hour or so. Shouldn't take much more than two hours to solidify.

(Optional: After 1 to 1.5 hours -when the yoghurt is mostly frozen but still a bit soft- add Popsicle sticks to each block)

**If you have trouble removing Ice cubes from the tray, run warm water underneath for a few seconds & pop it out with a small spoon.
