Orchard Chicken Salad

Ingredients
(4) 12.5 oz canned chunk chicken breast, in water1 C Miracle Whip Lite1/3 C. Dried Cranberries1/4 C. Celery, diced1/8 C. Red Onion, diced1 med. Granny Smith Apple, cored and diced
Directions
Prepare apple, celery, and red onion. Drain canned chicken. Combine all ingredients in no particular order. Should fill a 7-Cup Tupperware container. Makes (28) 1/4 C. servings.
Great to make for beginning of the work week. I enjoy eating 1/4 C on 100-calorie, 100% whole wheat sandwich thins.
