country fried steak argentina style

Ingredients
1 lb of beef, tip round 2 cups of bread crumbs1 large egg salt and black pepper1 tsp minced garlic or one clovevegetable oil to deep fry
Directions
Beat the egg with the garlic, salt and pepper. Deep the steak in it and press them on the bread crumbs on both sides. Deep fried until golden and cooked.
For a leaner version cooked them in the oven.
