MASTER CLEANSE LEMONADE DIET DRINK

Ingredients
16 ounces of warm purified or bottled water2 Tablespoons of GRADE B maple syrup (it must be grade B)2 Tablespoons of fresh lemon juice1/18 (pinch) of cayenne pepper
Directions
Place 2 tablespoons of syrup and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in a cup. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper (whatever you can handle) and 8 - 16 ounces of warm water to a cup and stir.

You can make this warm or cold. If you like yours stronger tasting use only 8 ounces water. I think it's too sweet this way, but that's just me.
