Chicken with Apples and Onion

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces Apples, fresh, 2 medium (2-3/4" dia) Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 3 tsp *Ronzoni Healthy Harvest whole wheat spaghetti style pasta (dry), 4 oz *Apple Cider Vinegar, 4 tbsp
Directions
Spray skilled with Pam (I use butter flavor)
Dice apples and place in skillet coat apples with brown Sugar and Cinnamon
Add chicken and diced onion (I like my onion in big chunks)
Add 1/4 cup of apple vinegar
Add 1/4 cup of water
cover and simmer until everything is tender
uncover and add cooked pasta let simmer until liquid is gone.
