1/2 pt red beans boiltwo egg whitesalt to taste1/2 black pepperthyme, garlic ,onionstsp spoon oil for cookingMETHODsoak the red beans for 11/2hr then put some tap water in med size pot drain the r/beans and place it in the pot boil until soft and tender,drain well then crush or mash with a fork.add the egg white and season to taste with the other ingredient then u pinch into meat ball sizes using a little flour to prevent sticking u then flatten to 11/2 thickness or like in beef patties . heat skillet at med and grease the skillet with a little oil and place the patties turn on both side until cook.serve on a bun with your favourite salad dressing
this makes 5 11/2inch pieces'
