Ingredients
Water, .25 cup Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp Quick-Rise Instant Yeast , 1 tspMilk, nonfat, .25 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat, .25 cup Flour, white, 3 cup Baking Powder, 1 tsp Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Salt, .5 tsp
Directions
mix warm water, yeast & sugar to activate
whisk together warm milk oil and yogurt and blend into yeast mixture.
sift in flour salt and baking powder and knead together lightly, allow to rise 20-25 minutes
heat oven to 500 and spray broiler pan with cooking spray
divide into 9 equal portions and streach out raise another 5 minutes
place on hot broiler and cook approximately 5 minutes to puff and brown. turn each piece once.
