Sundrop Fruit Pie

2/3 cup Whey Low2 1/2 T cornstarch8 oz. Diet Sundrop1 small pkg sugar free peach jello2 cups sliced peaches1 cup sliced mango1 cup fresh blueberries1 baked pie shell
Peel and slice peaches and mango. Add blueberries. Pour 1/3 cup Whey Low over the fruit and let the juices dissolve the sweetener.
In a saucepan combine Sundrop, cornstarch and remaining Whey Low. Add juices from fruit. Cook until thick and translucent. Let cool completely.
Mix with fruit and pour into baked pie shell. Chill for several hours. Enjoy!
