Lean Ground Turkey - 3lbBlue Cheese Crumbles, 4 oz Worcestershire Sauce 2 tsp Progresso Bread Crumbs 1/2 cup Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Hot sauce like Franks Red hot 2 tsp Large fresh egg, 1 large
1.In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, blue cheese, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, bread crumbs and eggs. Cover, and refrigerate for 1 hours.
2.Preheat grill for high heat. Gently form the burger mixture into about 12 patties.
3.Oil the grill grate. Grill patties 8 minutes per side, or until well done. Serve on toasted wheat bun's * not included in calorie counts.
