Frozen Ice Cream and Strawberry Pops

Molds for popcycles2 cups of fresh strawberries1 cup of Low Fat Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Puree the strawberries to make approximately one cup.
Soften ice cream so that you can spoon it into the molds.
In each mold, put 1-2 Tbsp of strawberries, then 2-3 Tbsp of ice cream, then another 1-2 Tbsp of strawberries. Insert the top and "stick."
Freeze for 4-6 hours. Run under hot water for 30 seconds to remove from mold when ready to eat.
Makes 6 six-inch popcycles.
