Simple Pound Cake

Ingredients
Excellent for when you have a cake craving that won't go away but don't have many calories (or a lot of time!) to spare. =) Only requires the basics: two medium eggs, three ounces sugar, three pounces plain flour, one tsp baking powder, and optionally 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
Directions
Break the eggs into a medium-ish bowl and mix them. Stir in the sugar, flour, and vanilla extract, and mix until you have a sticky creamy substance. Put into a small loaf-ish baking tin. Bake at 375 degrees F for about forty minutes. Add lots of fresh strawberries (or blueberries, or raspberries, etc) and enjoy! Makes about eight servings.
