Picillo Italian Pasta Salad

12 ozs of Bow Tie pasta1 Tbsp of EVOO1/2 Red Onion, thin sliced1 Red Bell Pepper diced1, 4 oz can of Shittake, portabello mushrooms15, Manzanella Green OlivesSeason(salt & Pepper) to tasteDressing:12 Tbsp of Kraft Light Balsamic Vinaigrette4 Tbsp of Hellmann's mayo with Olive Oil1 tsp of Surgar
Boil a pot of water and put in the Evoo and pasta. let the pasta cook till ready, drain set aside and let it cool.
In your large salad bowl, mix in the onions, olives, mushrooms, peppers and seasoning. Once the pasta has cooled dump the pasta in the bowl as well. Mix the dressing and wisk until it's consistanly smooth and deliscious. pour dressing into the salad mixture and stir carefully. This will make 10 servings. Enjoy!
