Curry Chicken and Spinach

Ingredients
8 cups spinach 1 cup onion, diced2-4 garlic cloves (minced) 2 cup chicken broth 1/4 t salt (or more, season to taste)1/4 t pepper 4 lime 2-4 T. curry powder (depending on how spicy you like it)
Directions
Mix chicken and all seasonings and 1/2 the lime and cook chicken through. Throw the spinach in for 1
minute and serve in a bowl and squeeze the other 1/2 of the lime.
Makes 4 servings.
