Southwestern Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 package of fun-shaped pasta1 pound cherry tomatoes, quartered1 cup frozen corn1 medium green pepper, chopped1 small red onion, chopped1 2.25-oz. can of sliced black olives, drained1/2 c. lime juice1/4 c. olive oil1 tbsp. red wine vinegar1 tbsp. chili powder1 tbsp. ground cumin1 tsp. sugar1 tsp. salt1 tsp. garlic powder1/8 tsp. ground red pepper, or to taste
Directions
Makes 16 3/4-cup servings.

Cook the pasta as directed, drain. Combine the cooked pasta, tomatoes, corn, green pepper, onion, and olives and mix.
Combine the lime juice, olive oil, vinegar, and all spices and seasonings in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake well.
Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and mix well until combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before you plan to use the salad.
