Kim's Sundried and Spinach Pasta Salad

Ingredients
8 ounces Orzo shaped pasta, cooked3.5 ounce package of reduced fat feta cheese4 cups, (four big handfuls) fresh baby spinach1 cup chopped sundried tomatoes in oil
Directions
Cook ORZO according to package directions. Drain in a strainer overtop of cleaned fresh BABY SPINACH. In a large seperate bowl, add the TOMATOES and the FETA CHEESE. Cover with the SPINACH and the ORZO. Mix and season with salt and pepper. Makes 6 2-cup servings
