Broccoli and Broad Bean Pasta

150g wholewheat pasta;225g frozen broad beans;150g broccoli;1 dsp olive oil;3-4 cloves garlic;70g cream cheese;25ml vegetable stock;2-3 tbsp mixed fresh herbs, chopped (e.g. basil, mint, parsley);salt and pepper.
Cook the pasta according to instructions.
4-5 minutes before the end of cooking add the broad beans and broccoli, chopped, to the pasta.
Heat the oil in a separate pan and cook the chopped onion.
When it has softened, add the garlic and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
Add the stock and cream cheese to the onion mixture.
Drain the pasta and vegetables, then mix into the onion and cheese mixture.
Season to taste, mix through the herbs, and serve.
Serves 2.
