Directions
Mix:
1/3 cup honey
2 tbs mild vinegar (rice wine, apple cider)
1 tsp salt
1 tbs yellow mustard

Slowly Whisk In:
3/4 cup canola oil until thick
2-3 tsp poppy seeds

Can Top With:
mandarin oranges
nuts
chow mein noodles
rice noodles
