Swiss Chard Pie

Ingredients
1 small onion, sliced2 cloves garlic minced or sliced1/4 C. oleo, but also works with EVOO and diet oleo30 leaves Swiss Chard or other mixed greens2 eggs1/2 C. grated cheese
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in oleo in a cast iron frying pan until fragrant. Add washed greens and wilt until fully cooked to preferend. Salt and pepper to taste, if desired. Smash 2 eggs on top of greens, sprinkle on cheese. Continue to cook for a few minutes to set the eggs, then finish in a 350 deg oven until eggs are set and cheese is melted. Serve.
