Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 large whole (3" dia) * *Red chilli, 1 tsp * Turmeric, ground, 0.5 tsp * Salt, 1 tsp * Canola Oil, 2.25 tbsp *Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) * bottle gourd, 1 cup
Directions
1. heat oil. roast the ginger & garlic paste. Add tomates and fry till oil seperates. Add all the spices..
2. Now add all the chopped vegetables. Add 1 cup water. Bring to boil. Cover and cook on low flame, till the vegetables are tender.
