Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Pancake

Ingredients
1/4 cup regular oatmeal1/4 cup egg beaters1/4 tsp baking sodasplenda or aspartame to taste1 Tbs chocolate chips2 Tbs PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter1 packet diet hot cocoa powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Spray a nonstick 9" cake pan with nonstick spray. Pour mixture into pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350. I don't usually preheat the oven. I can mix this up and let it bake while I am getting ready in the morning. This makes one serving.
