bisquick veggie quiche

Ingredients
8 ounce cut up cooked veggies1 cup mushrooms or 1 (4 oz can)1/2 cup chopped oniondash of garlic powder1 cup part-skim mozza cheese1 1/2 cup milk3/4 cup bisquick3 eggs1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 10 inch quiche/pie plate. Sprinkle veggies and cheese in plate. Beat other ingredients until smooth. Pour over veggies. Bake 30-35 minutes. cool 5 minutes before cutting and serving. Makes 6 servings.

    This is very good! I used diced fresh tomato, cooked asparagus and raw mushrooms, yummy! I also substituded shredded swiss for the mozz & Heart Healthy Bisquick! A keeper! - 9/16/09
