Dawn's easy granola

Ingredients
7 cups old fashioned rolled oats1 cup shredded coconut1 cup chopped walnuts1 cup chopped pecans1 cup packed brown sugar3/4 cup oil3/4 cup water1 tsp vanilla1tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix all dry ingredients together. In blender whiz water, oil and vanilla. Pour quickly over the dry ingredients. Stir well. Put in thin layer in cookie sheets in the oven. Cook for 1 hour. Turn off the oven and leave it until the oven is cool.
