1 Block Tofu Extra Firm1 Cup Instant Oats Cereal.5 Cup Grated Carrots.25 Cup Instant Mashed Potatoes2 Tsp Soy Sauce2 Tsp Garlic Powder2 Tsp Onion PowderSalt & Pepper to Taste2 Tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil for frying
Directions
Mash together all ingredients until well combined. Form into patties. Fry in oil on both sides until lightly browned
