Brussel Sprouts & Bacon Salad

Ingredients
Brussel sproutsBaconJuice of one lemonOlive OilGarlicSaltPepper
Directions
Chop the ends off the brussel sprouts and quarter them. Blanch them in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Roast them on "Broil" with some minced garlic, a drizzle of olive oil and some sea salt for 20 minutes. The brussel sprouts should get nice and crispy. While they're roasting, cook up your bacon. Drain and chop bacon, then mix with brussel sprouts. Squeeze in the juice of one lemon, some olive oil, salt & pepper to taste.
