Turkey Grinder

Ingredients
1 onion, thing sliced2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar2 tsp honey1 Dijon mustard2 whole grain rolls (3 oz each), slice in half5 oz natural low-sodim turkey beast2 leaves romaine lettue1 whole roasted ed pepper, patted dry and cut into thin strips
Directions
1) Heat small saucepan coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring, 5 minutes, or until browned. Add vinegar and 1 easpoon of the honey. Cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes, or until very tender.

2) Stir mustard and remaining honey together in small bowl. Spread onto bottons of rolls. Drive turkey, lettuce, red pepper, and onion mixture among rolls.
