Ingredients
1 Lb of extra lean ground beef1 can campbells mushroom soup( i use low fat)1 can campbells beef broth( i use less salt)1 cup water2 tsp worcestershire sauce3 cups uncooked egg noodles1 cup frozen green peas1/2 cup fat free sour cream
Directions
brown ground beef, drain excess fat
bring soup, broth and water to boil
add beef and noodles and worcestershire sauce and peas, turn heat to medium, simmer...
covered 10 min
add sour cream and serve

    My family loves stroganoff and we've always just used the hamburger helper variety, but I tried this recipe last night and like it so much better. I made it without peas also though next time I'm definitely going to make it with them. Adding peas is a great idea I just never thought of! - 8/16/11
