enchiladas

Ingredients
1 bag knorr's mexican rice1 16oz can refried beans2 10oz cans ortega enchelada sauce1 LB chicken breast8 chi-chi tortilla
Directions
Cook rice according to pasta.
Grill chicken. pull apart with forks to make strings or cut into pieces. heat in pan with enchelada sauce.
Heat beans in microwave.
Layer beans, rice and chicken on to tortilla.
