Ingredients
Mushroomsonionsceleryalmond milk - about 2 cups or to tastevegetable broth
Directions
clean and chop onions, celery and mushrooms
cook in vegetable broth 15-20min
add seasonings to taste (garlic powder, coriander, cumin, etc)

Put all in vita-mix and add almond milk, process until smooth and creamy
