Fruit Salsa

Ingredients
2C cantelope (I used Hermiston)1 jajapeno (hot)2C Roma tomatoes2C Walla Walla Sweet onion1C apple (I used Pink Lady)1 lime1C mango1C Cilantro
Directions
chop all ingredients into small pieces and toss together. Squeeze the lime over the salsa and toss together. I covered mine and let it sit in the frig for 4 hours before serving. We like things hot so if you don't you might only use 1/2 of the jalapeno. We also use a lot of cilantro and 1C might be too much for some people. I am going to serve this with Pork Loin tonight and will probably use it with fish tomorrow.
