Olive Tapenade (10g serving 1/2 Tbs)

Ingredients
190 g Black Olives79 g Capers60 g Anchovies20 g Mint leaves only25 g Basil leaves onlyZest and juice of one lemon
Directions
Pit the olives then place in a food processer with all other ingredients. Blitz until a thick paste is formed.

Add up to 6 more tablespoons of olive oil if you prefer a smoother texture, but this will add calories!
