Bean medley salad

Ingredients
.5 cup garbanzo beans.5 cup red kidney beans.5 cup navy beans.5 cup black eyed peas.5 cup chopped red onion1 stalk celery chopped1 medium red tomato chopped1/2 large yellow sweet pepper, chopped.25 cup apple cidar vinegar2 T EVOO2 t. ground flax seed1 cup pea shoots, chopped
Directions
Chop all the veges and mix with drained and rinsed beans. Toss with apple cidar vinegar and EVOO. Chill to allow flavours to meld together.
