Banana-Berry Bread

Ingredients
1.5 cup flour1 tsp ground cinnamon0.5 tsp baking soda0.5 tsp salt0.25 tsp ground nutmeg2 eggs1 cup sugar0.25 cup canola oil0.75 cup mashed fresh strawberries0.5 cup mashed ripe banana
Directions
Combine the first 5 ingredients. In another bowl, beat egg, sugar and oil until smooth. Add the strawberry and banana. Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened. (If you like nuts 0.5-1 cup copped walnuts could be added at this point.) Pour into a greased 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan to a cooling rack.
Makes 10 "breakfast" size slices or 20 snack-size pieces.
