alfredo sauce using sour cream

3/4 stick of butter2/3 cup sour creamyolk of one small egg1/2 cup of parmesan cheese or 3 italian cheese blend
melt the butter in a saucepan on low heat.
After butter is melted, whisk in sour cream.
slowly whisk in egg yolk.
add cheese and mix/whisk well. Heat until hot, but not boiling.
add cracked pepper, and pour over pasta or veggies
(pasta and veggies not included in nutritional ifo)
