Spicy Pepper Chicken

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips (for a sandwich, just halve the breasts)1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil1/4 cup italian dressing1 jalapeno pepper, sliced1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper2 tsp. garlic salt1/2 Tbsp. black pepper1 Tbsp. chili powder
Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet. Add jalapeno and saute until tender.
Sprinkle chicken with chili powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper and garlic salt. Add to skillet and brown on both sides. Pour italian dressing over chicken and cover. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Makes 6 serving of 1/2 chicken breast or approximately 4 strips.
