1 c. Almond Milk Vanilla (use unsweetened for fewer calories)1/4 c. water (optional)1 c. Spinach2 c. cubed Papaya1 tbsp of Flax oil or Udo's Oil1 scoops of Whey Protein
Makes 1-2 cups (1 Serving)
Blend spinach with water and almond milk until smooth.
Add papaya (remove skin and seeds), blend until smooth.
Add oil and protein powder, blend.
Adding ice is optional and will change serving sizes.
