Ingredients
1 lb Hamburger 80 % lean1 Lg Vadallia Onion chopped small1 box Rice A Roni Beef flavor3 beef bullion cubes desolved
Directions
Fry hamburger and onions drain set aside. Make rice according to box except put the bullion cubes in the water when added. Cook rice mixture three quarters done and then add hamburger mixture cook another 15 mnutes till done.

    This is a great meat-lovers dish. It is satisfying as well as a quick meal. Sometimes I substitute Uncle Ben's Wild Rice or a Fried Rice :) - 12/26/12
