Ingredients
8 sheets phyllopastry2 packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed100 grams feta cheese2 cups dry curd cottage cheese1/2 cup light cottage cheese2 eggs1 tbsp dried dill2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl except the phyllo and the olive oil.
Layer 4 of the sheets of dough in a 13 x 9" baking pan and brush each with olive oil. Sprwad the spinach and cheese mixture on top, then layer the remaining sheets of dough with olive oil.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
Makes 8 large servings.
