Greek Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil1/2 cup fresh lemon juice1/4 cup red wine vinegar1 tsp. dried oregano1 Tbsp. chopped shallot1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper1/4 tsp kosher salt
Directions
Throw everything but the feta in a blender and puree until combined. Add feta while blender is moving to break it up into the dressing. Contents will separate as it sits, just mix it up and serve. Makes 10 - 2Tbsp servings.
