Ingredients
* White Rice, long grain, 1.5 cup * Beans, pinto, 2 cup * Salt, 1 tbsp * Pepper, black, 1 tsp * Sofrito, 2 tsp * Garlic, 2 clove * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Water, tap, 3 cup * Sazon, 2 packets tomato paste 1 tbsp
Directions
Makes 8 -1 cup servings

in 1 quart sauce pan on med heat add Olive oil, Garlic, Sofrito, Salt, Pepper and tomato paste. simmer until garlic is soft.

Add water bring to a boil. add rice and rinsed beans, stir and cover cook for 20-25 mins
