1 Egg1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract1 Tbsp. Honey1/2 cup Water1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1. Whisk together all liquid ingredients.
2. Add flour and whisk until just blended.
3. Pour onto preheated nonstick frying pan on medium heat.
4. Use pancake turner to flip after bubbles form.
5. Remove crepe from pan after 3-5 more seconds.
6. Repeat until all batter is gone.
Makes six 5 inch crepes.
