1 lb green beans1 onion4 cloves of garlic1 large carrott1 green paper1 tbsp of white flour2 tbsp of oil
Wash all of the vegetables, cut in small peaces, and add spices. Stir for few minutes. Add water to cover up the vegetables and cook for approximately 45 minutes or until tender.
Take 1 tablespoon on flour and brown it with 2 tbsp of oil. Add it to the vegetables. Adding the flour and out will thicken up the soup.
