Salad:10 cups mixed salad greens1.5 cups diced ham1 onion, sliced2 avocados, chopped2 poblano peppers, chopped3/4 cup green olives4 hard boiled eggs, quartered1/2 cup feta cheeseVinaigrette:4 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped1 tsp garlic, minced3 T balsamic vinegar3 T olive oil
Directions
Process vinaigrette ingredients in food processor. Do not over process.
Serve over salad.
